This Privacy Policy explains how Kiiri ("we", "us"), operated by CAGAN YAZILIM TEKNOLOJILERI SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI, handles your information when you use kiiri.app, the Kiiri desktop app and Kiiri Cloud.

Plain-language summary: Kiiri only looks at your screen when you ask. In local mode nothing leaves your computer. With your own API key, data goes straight to your provider. With Kiiri Cloud, it passes through our servers in memory and is never stored or used for training.

What the app does on your computer

Settings, characters, memory, skills and automations are stored locally in your user data folder.
Following your cursor with its eyes uses only the cursor position. No screenshots are taken for that.
Screenshots are taken only when you trigger them: push-to-talk, a typed screen question, a selected region, dropping the character on something, or an automation you created.
When app awareness is on, Kiiri reads the name of the frontmost app (for example "VS Code") and nothing else from it.

Where screenshots and text go

Local (Ollama): to a model running on your machine. Nothing is sent over the internet.
Your own key: directly from your computer to the provider you configured (for example Anthropic or OpenAI), under that provider's terms. We never receive your key or your data.
Kiiri Cloud (Plus/Pro): to our proxy, which forwards the request to a model provider and returns the answer. Screenshots and prompts are processed in memory and are not written to disk, logged, or used to train models. We keep only usage counters (number of requests, characters of speech) to enforce plan limits.

Accounts and payments

If you subscribe, we store your email address and plan. Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. We never see your card details.

Website

This website sets no cookies. If you join the waitlist, we store your email address only to tell you when Plus and Pro launch. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Telemetry

The desktop app sends no telemetry by default. If optional anonymous telemetry is ever added, it will be off by default, limited to app version, platform and feature usage counts, and never include content.

Paddle.com Market Ltd: payments, tax and invoicing.
Hetzner Online GmbH: hosting for this website and the waitlist (Germany).
Cloudflare: DNS, network security, and the Kiiri Cloud proxy (Cloudflare Workers).
Anthropic and OpenAI: model and speech providers for Kiiri Cloud requests only.
