Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of kiiri.app, the Kiiri desktop app and Kiiri Cloud, operated by CAGAN YAZILIM TEKNOLOJILERI SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI ("we", "us"). By using Kiiri, you agree to these Terms.
1. The app
The Kiiri desktop app is free. Its source code is licensed under the MIT License, and that license governs your use of the code. Character packs and other artwork sold separately are licensed to you for personal use and are not covered by the MIT License.
2. Kiiri Cloud (Plus and Pro)
Plus and Pro add hosted AI, natural voices and sync. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI requests and speech, shown on the pricing page. Allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Kiiri to break the law or to process content you don't have the right to use;
- bypass plan limits, rate limits or billing;
- resell or share access to Kiiri Cloud without our written permission;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or compromise the service or other users.
4. Your content
Your screenshots, questions, files and memories stay yours. When you use Kiiri Cloud, we process them only to answer your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to share what you send.
5. Payments and billing
Paid plans and character packs are sold by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle handles payment processing, tax, invoicing and compliance, and by purchasing you also accept Paddle's buyer terms. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
6. Refunds
New subscriptions and character packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy.
7. Third-party pets and AI providers
Kiiri can load pets you install yourself in the open petdex format; we do not distribute them, and you are responsible for having the right to use them. If you use your own API key or a local model, your use of that provider is governed by its own terms.
8. AI answers
AI answers can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it. Kiiri asks for your approval before it creates files, and you can undo file creation.
9. Suspension
We may suspend or end access to Kiiri Cloud for violations of these Terms, or where needed to address security or legal risks.
10. No warranty and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, as described in the MIT License. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from Kiiri Cloud is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects paid plans, we will tell subscribers by email before it takes effect.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits consumer protection rights you have where you live.
